Regina Dayfield joined AlignHR in April, 2016 as a HR Advisor. Her experience spans 30 years in Human Resources.
Regina began her career as an HR Assistant for Charleston National Bank and held various promotional positions in Human Resources. In her last position, Regina was directing the office of Human Resources and served as a member of the senior management/leadership team.
Accepting a position as an Assistant Vice President/Director of Human Resources for First National Bank in Ronceverte, Lewisburg and Charleston, WV, she relocated to Greenbrier County and served in multiple capacities and oversaw the development of the Bank’s official Human Resources Department.
After living in Greenbrier County for 6 years, Regina wished to return home to the Charleston area and accepted a position with Flaherty, Sensabaugh and Bonasso, PLLC. During her ten years with this law firm, she developed and administered various human resources plans and procedures; planned, organized and directed all activities of the department.
Accepting a position with the State of West Virginia and the Division of Personnel, Regina worked in the Classification and Compensation Division as a Personnel Specialist. She made the initial assessments on the correct classification by reviewing job duties. Her last position was with the Department of Health and Human Resources (Office of Human Resources Management) as an Administrative Services Manager 3 and Director of Employment Services. Her position directed a large staff of professional and clerical employees in multiple (3) units consisting of Transaction Processing, Personnel Operations, Payroll and Benefits. OHRM served 6500 full time staff as well as 1000 temporary employees.

In her spare time, Regina enjoys reading, reality TV (Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, etc.) walking and playing with her grandson.
